Eligibility for Returns

• Hygiene Requirement: For returns or exchanges to be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and the hygiene liner intact.
• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: The item must be in its original condition, free from any damage, stains, or odors.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

• Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or has had the hygiene liner removed.
• Items purchased on final sale.

Exchanges

• We are happy to offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability). Return shipping and shipping for new suit will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item passes our quality check. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Garment Care Instructions:

• Hand Wash: Gently wash in a sink with cold water and mild soap.
• Wring Out: Thoroughly squeeze (not twist) out excess water.
• Air Dry: Attach the hidden silicone magnet in the waistband to real metal surfaces (not aluminum).
• Hang Time: Allow the suit to air dry for 4-6 hours, ensuring it’s fully dry before storing. Suggested to not hang overnight.
